Automate admin, scheduling & ops

Clear the invisible busywork — the emails, the scheduling, the "quick" 5-minute tasks that eat your afternoon.

Why this matters

Admin doesn't feel like a big time sink because it comes in small pieces. But ten five-minute tasks is an hour, every day. This module hands the small stuff to AI so your brain is free for the work only you can do.

Step 1 — Tame the inbox

Instead of reading every email top to bottom, paste the pile into AI and have it sort them: needs your reply, can wait, delegate. For the urgent ones, let it draft a two-line reply you just approve.

Step 2 — Speed up scheduling

Have AI draft your appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule messages as reusable templates. Better yet, use a scheduling link so customers book themselves and the back-and-forth disappears.

Step 3 — Kill the repeat questions

Notice the questions you answer over and over — hours, pricing, "do you service my area?" Have AI write clean canned answers once. Paste them, or drop them on your website and in your auto-replies.
